Avocado Feta Salsa Recipe

A delicious, chunky and healthy recipe best served with tortilla chips or tacos! This recipe yields 11- 12 servings.

Avocado Feta Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado – peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. First, gently stir together tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Next, gently stir in olive oil and vinegar, and then stir in feta.
  3. Lastly, cover, and chill for 2 to 6 hours.
  4. Avocado Feta Salsa is ready to serve!
