Avocado Feta Salsa Recipe
A delicious, chunky and healthy recipe best served with tortilla chips or tacos! This recipe yields 11- 12 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado – peeled, pitted and chopped
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- First, gently stir together tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic in a bowl.
- Next, gently stir in olive oil and vinegar, and then stir in feta.
- Lastly, cover, and chill for 2 to 6 hours.
- Avocado Feta Salsa is ready to serve!
