Delicious Cabbage Curry
Curry is one of my favorite recipes of all time and I found another healthy dish that combines fiber-enriched cabbage and spicy curry. It is absolutely splendid!
Ingredients
- 1 Chinese celery cabbage
- ½ onion
- 1 tablespoon minced red chili
Directions
- Rinse the cabbage leaves carefully, shred and blanch in boiling water until it turns soft. Remove, drain and arrange the cabbage leaves on a large plate. Slice onion finely.
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil and sauté curry powder until fragrant. Add in the sliced onions, then salt, sugar and water. Simmer briefly and remove from heat.
- Pour the curry powder mixture in Method (2) over the shredded cabbage. Mix well, sprinkle with minced chili. Now it is ready to serve!
