<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>

<li>3/4 pound portobello mushrooms, sliced</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups sour cream</li>
<li>8 ounces dried egg noodles</li>
<li>3 tablespoons butter</li>
<li>1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley</li>
<li>1 large onion, chopped</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups vegetable broth</li>
<li>3 tablespoons all-purpose flour</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>First, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.</li>
<li>And then, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente, about 7 minutes. Remove from   heat, drain, and set aside.</li>
<li>At the same time, melt butter in a large heavy  skillet over medium  heat.</li>
<li>Next, add onion, and cook, stirring until softened. After that, turn the heat up to  medium-high, and add sliced mushrooms. Cook until  the mushrooms are  limp and browned. Remove to a bowl, and set aside.</li>
<li>Also, in the same skillet, stir in vegetable broth, being  sure to stir in any  browned bits off the bottom of the pan.  Bring to a  boil, and cook  until the mixture has reduced by 1/3. Reduce heat to low,  and return  the mushrooms and onion to the skillet.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, remove the pan from the heat, stir together the sour  cream and flour;  then blend into the mushrooms. Return the skillet to  the burner, and  continue cooking over low heat, just until the sauce  thickens.</li>
<li>Lastly, stir in the parsley, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over cooked egg noodles.</li>
<li>Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff is ready to serve!</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>

<li>First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).</li>
<li>Next, line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spread cream  cheese onto each  slice of bread, and set cheese side up on the cookie  sheet.</li>
<li>And then, place the  tomato slices over the cream cheese. Top with alfalfa  sprouts, then a  generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.</li>
<li>Lastly, bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven,  until the cheese is  melted, and sandwiches are warm.</li>

<li>And then, saute onion until browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add garbanzo beans. Mix curry paste with apple juice until smooth, then add to skillet. Simmer mixture 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more apple juice or water as needed to keep mixture moist.</li>
<li>After that, cut each sheet of pastry into 3 equal-size rectangles, then cut each rectangle in half. (You will have 18 pieces total.) Dust a clean, flat surface lightly with flour, and roll each piece of pastry until it is double in size. Dust pastry with flour as needed, to prevent it from sticking to rolling pin. Spoon an equal amount of filling into center of each pastry square. Fold in half and press edges to seal. Place on nonstick baking sheets.</li>
<li>Lastly, bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until golden brown.</li>
<li>Veggie Samosas are ready to serve!</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>

<li>1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced</li>
<li>2 tablespoons oyster sauce</li>
<li>2 slices white bread, finely diced</li>
<li>1 large onion, minced</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>ground black pepper to taste</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>First, coat a large skillet with cooking spray, and place  over medium heat.</li>
<li>And then, add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir for about 4  minutes, just until  mushrooms begin to give up their juices.   Stir in  bread cubes and  oyster sauce; cook and stir 1 minute.  Remove mixture  from pan, and set  mixture aside to cool.  Wipe pan clean.</li>
<li>Next, beat egg, and mix into mushroom mixture.  Season to  taste with salt and  pepper.</li>
<li>Lastly, coat skillet with cooking spray, and place over  medium heat.   And then, spoon  mixture into skillet in 6 equal amounts.  Brown one  side, flip over,  and brown other side.</li>
<li>Delicious Mushroom Burgers are ready to serve!</li>
</ol>

<li>Lastly, toss with cooked rotini and  top with Parmesan cheese to serve.</li>
<li>Lima Bean Pasta is ready to serve!</li>

<li>2 Tbs lemon juice</li>
<li>4 Tbs butter</li>

<li>First, Steam the asparagus until tender but crisp, about 10 minutes, and<br />
plunge into cold water to stop the cooking and set the color.</li>
<li>And then, melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and<br />
pepper.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, Chill the asparagus and pour the lemon butter over them prior to transporting.</li>

<li> 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced</li>
<li>2 tomatoes, chopped</li>

<li>2 tablespoons red wine vinegar</li>
<li>2 tablespoons red raspberry jam (with seeds)</li>
<li>1/3 cup walnut oil</li>
<li>freshly ground black pepper to taste</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>First, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and arrange walnuts in a  single layer on a baking sheet. After that, toast in oven for 5  minutes, or until  nuts begin to brown.</li>
<li>Next, toss together the spinach, walnuts,  cranberries, blue cheese, tomatoes,  avocado, and red onion in a large bowl.</li>
<li>After that, whisk together jam, vinegar, walnut  oil, pepper, and salt in a small bowl.</li>
<li>Lastly, pour over the salad just before serving, and  toss to coat.</li>
<li>Delicious Harvest Salad is ready to serve!</li>
